soona studios operate Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Our Production Coordination team schedules bookings based on what's best for the client and their selected talent.
Setting your availability is important so you can accept assignments that work best for you!
Availability should be accurate and updated on a weekly basis 6-8 weeks in the future.
Talent with more availability are booked more by clients.
You can turn services OFF if you need to take a break, have travel planned, can't be available, etc. When you're ready to be booked again, you can turn them on.
Frequent failure to fill out your availability can result in dismissal.

Adding and updating availability is an essential piece to success. If you do not have any availability listed, we assume you are not available for shoots and we will not assign your services.
if any of your services are turned ON, we require availability to be listed through the date shown at the top of the availability tab.

If you don't have availability through the dates we are looking for, turn your services OFF in the pro service profile until you become available again.

Fill out availability at least through the dates listed at the top of the availability tab. Update your availability as soon as possible once your availability changes.
Check back at least once a week to ensure your availability listed is still accurate.
