Clients have the option to add talent -- from models to stylists to live PA support -- to their shoots. Below is end-to-end process from a high level about how you can get booked & paid:
COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE & ADD AVAILABILITY
Complete your profile with all the details. Availability should always be updated, accurate and ~3 weeks out.
GET AN ASSIGNMENT EMAIL
When a client wants to book you for a shoot, we'll send an email of the assignment.
ACCEPT OR DECLINE
After reviewing all assignment info, accept or decline the booking. Keep an eye on all Assignments from your profile.
PERFORM ASSIGNMENT
Show up 15-minutes early. Execute the assignment with service standards (models - stylist - hmua).
ADD TO INVOICE
Add the completed shoot as a line item in your current invoice. see instructions here.
Clients select their top 3 models in a model selection process.
Our coordination team assesses if the client's request and model's availability lines up with our studio, photographer and other booking details
If you have not received an assignment, it can just be a matter of time since assignments are given based on client demand.
When a shoot has the styling service, we review the details about what they are looking to achieve (shoot goals, shot list, moodboard, etc.).
