February 2026 New Profile View Launch

We just upgraded your soona dashboard! It’s now easier than ever to manage your profile, availability, and assignments in one place.

Here’s what’s new: 

• A cleaner homepage view of your Assignments and Availability

• Shoot invites will now reflect exact call and end times

• Models have a new About You & Bio section to share more about yourself and your experience to help clients get to know you

• Easier switching between adult, child and pet profiles 

• Grocery lists are now in the Assignment card (not the Pro Services tab) 

Here’s what hasn’t changed: 

• How you set availability, review & accept assignments or how we schedule shoots 

• You will always arrive 15-minutes before your call time 

• Always check your assignment notes for more details 

• If your appearance has changed since your headshots, please respond to this email and we’ll schedule either get new phone photos or schedule new headshots

What to do next: All models must add their Date of Birth (from your Profile > Edit Icon) 

FAQs

Where are grocery lists now found? 

Grocery lists are now in the Assignment card. Select "View Details" and your list will be there.

If I have children and pets, does my login change? 

Nope! You’ll still log in with your email and you’ll be able to toggle between the children and pets. 

What should I include in my Bio? 

Your Bio is where you can share more about your interests and why a client should book you. It can be a short and sweet!
