LATE + CANCELATION POLICY
WHAT IS OUR POLICY?
our late and cancelation policy is very strict due to the amount of people affected by these actions.

AVOIDING CANCELATIONS
cancelations are extremely disruptive to the soona timeline due to the fast paced nature + many moving parts of production.
how to prevent canceling:
keep your availability up-to-date + accurate so we only assign shoots when you are free for them.
only accept assignments after reviewing ALL shoot information and fully understanding arrival times. we assume all details are read and understood upon acceptance of an assignment.
ask any + all questions via text or email before accepting the assignment.
an acceptance to an assignment is a full commitment to the date, time, and location listed. if you are unsure if you will make the shoot, please decline the assignment.
HOW TO CANCEL
log into book.soona.co
navigate to your dashboard
click on the assignments tab
click "cancel" on any assignment you can no longer attend.
email collective@soona.co with your reason for canceling.
if we do not hear from you, we will assume the cancelation was not due to emergency or sickness.
sometimes life happens.
if you absolutely need to cancel, follow these steps.
