LATE + CANCELATION POLICY

WHAT IS OUR POLICY?

our late and cancelation policy is very strict due to the amount of people affected by these actions.

WHAT IS A LATE ARRIVAL?

all services are expected to arrive before shoot start time. arriving at shoot start time or after is considered a late arrival.

expected arrival time varies by service and is generally 15-30 min before the shoot starts. read more about arrival times.

if you are going to be late, text us at 844-577-6662 as soon as possible so we can inform the crew and client.

3 late arrivals are terms for suspension from the collective.

arriving more than 30 min after shoot start time with no advance notice to crew are terms for immediate dismissal with no option of rejoining the collective.

WHAT IS A CANCELATION?

cancelations are when you become unavailable for a shoot after accepting the assignment. 

canceling within 48 hours of the assignment's start time is considered a late cancelation

all forms of cancelation greatly impact production and can affect several people including clients, crew, and other providers.  we ask that cancelations are avoided at all costs.

3 cancelations or 2 late cancelations are terms for suspension.  

if you are a no call, no show, you will be immediately dismissed from the collective with no option of rejoining.

soona sent me a cancelation email - what does it mean?

assignment canceled emails are sent if soona cancels your assignment. this email means your services are no longer needed at the date + time listed.

although we do our best to avoid cancelations, they can happen for a variety of reasons including:

if we cancel an accepted shoot less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled start time, we will compensate you $25 for your blocked off time. see payments for more instructions on how to invoice these instances.
