WHAT IS IT?

your pro service profile is where you manage your service details and turn your services on or off.

all pro service providers must have their services turned on + traits filled out before they can be assigned to a booking.

click "crew profile" in the side bar menu
on a phone? click the "≡" to find "crew tools"
scroll to "pro service profile" tab
click "edit" on each section with a "!"
select an option in each field
click SUBMIT

turning ON/OFF services

click the circular toggle to turn ON or OFF services.

all services - turns ON/OFF all services at once.
toggles next to each service - turns ON/OFF individual services

FAQS

should my services be ON or OFF?

anytime you have availability and are ready to accept shoot assignments keep your services turned ON.

if you have no availability for the current scheduling period please turn your services OFF. once you have availability you may turn your services back on.

can I add a service?

if you're interested in adding a service, contact us at collective@soona.co and we'll provide next steps to add a service.

what if my traits change?

if a trait changes, like a top size or body modifications, please edit your services to accurately state your information.

how often do I need to update my traits?

anytime your traits change (i.e. sizes, measurements, hair color, new tattoos, etc) please update your traits ASAP.
