DOING THE TASK
tasks must be accomplished in studio during normal business hours. take home projects are not permitted unless given special approval to do so.
you may do the task anytime before the stated completion date/time. unless it's a perishable item or an excessively large item.
in that case, text, email, or talk with the studio crew to determine best time to accomplish.give yourself lots of extra time to complete the project. if the estimated time to complete is 2 hours, do not wait until 2 hours before the due date to start the project (unless its perishable).
customers provide the estimate but sometimes they're wrong or untested, and we need the products ready by shoot start.
ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO
👀 look for the inventory coordinator or crew lead to locate the product + materials needed for assembly.
❓ask for the best spot to accomplish the task in studio. make sure the crew is accesible to you for questions.

WHEN YOU'RE DONE
⌛ note end time
✅ have inventory coordinator or crew lead check the finished project + make a crew note of your noted total time to complete.
🖼️ put assembled/disassembled product in designated storage or shoot area.
INVOICING
Tracking time + submitting invoices are your responsibility.
However, it is very important that a soona employee confirms time spent assembling/disassembling in crew notes. Please ensure someone has tracked the time you spent in the crew notes of your booking assignment before you leave the studio.
If performing both assembly + disassembly over the course of a few days, we recommend the following process to help keep track of time:
creating a line item on your invoice after you finish assembling using the initial time spent.
add the disassembly time to your total after you finish disassembling.
