reminder: there are TWO platforms to manage in the collective. one for invoices + payments. another for services + assignments.
the soona platform is not where you submit invoices to get paid. see payments for more instructions on how to invoice.

NAVIGATE TO CREW PROFILE
sign in or create an account
click "crew profile" in the side bar menu
on a phone? click the "≡" to find "crew tools"
EXPLORE CREW PROFILE
locate the assignments tab
- view the list and calendar view
- note both upcoming and previous assignments are visiblelocate the availability tab
- read the top paragraph and open "edit" mode
- select availability on various days, weeks
- try to reset availability + select new times
- click save + note your "available" times are blue.locate the pro service profile tab
- find the "all services" toggle
- find the toggles next to each service
- blue toggle = services are ON.
- grey toggle = services are OFF.
- click "edit" and fill out any sections with a red "!"
